At NaoJump we guarantee that our trampolines meet strictest quality standards, are without fault and suitable for reliable for domestic consumer use. Use in commercial contexts will significantly reduce the lifespan of our products and is not covered by terms of this warranty.
Our trampolines are covered by a comprehensive, 2 year warranty covering all parts and materials including: stainless steel leg assembly, safety pads, stitching, safety net, jump mat and springs.
Our responsibility in cases of fault
NaoJump Co. Ltd is responsible to repair or replace any components that are faulty or damaged because of defective quality. In cases where the product is damaged in transport, through improper use, through destructive acts by human agents or other controllable factors such as violent weather, acid-wear or salt water then the buyer is responsible for any repair costs.
For warranty returns, the trampoline must be returned to NaoJump Co., Ltd’s premises at the buyer’s expense together with a copy of the buyer’s proof of purchase and a copy of a warranty certificate confirming that the warranty period is still valid. The buyer should notify NaoJump Co., Ltd prior to returning the product.
The owner must also provide contact details including street address, email address and telephone number so that the manufacturer can inform the client when the warranty service is completed. The buyer is responsible to collect the product at the manufacturer’s premises and at the buyer’s expense. If the buyer fails to collect or notify the manufacturer in writing within 30 days after being notified that the product is ready to collect then the manufacturer retains all rights to the product as is not bound to compensate the buyer.
